This report enables your organization to review titling conventions against your peers by industry, sub-industry, and/or peer group.

Organizations unique internal job titles are reported by SIRS job family, subfamily, benchmark code, benchmark title, level and modifier (Benchmark Survey only).

Available for both SIRS Executive and SIRS Benchmark Surveys, subscribers can choose to purchase based on the full database (All SIRS), from a specific industry or sub-industry, or from a named custom peer group.

Survey results are delivered in Excel format enabling organizations to filter, sort, and do additional analysis of the information based on your needs.

Salary Survey Methodology
Mercer surveys are designed using the most accurate and up-to-date market data practices. Data is collected from HR professionals at participating organizations and then analyzed for validity, thoroughness, and market representation based on the organization's size, structure, geographic region, or a combination of these factors. A minimum number of incumbents, organizations, and distinct organizations are required in order to report each data element. If minimums are not met, the market data is suppressed, ensuring you the highest level of data confidentiality.
