Online subscribers can access industry-relevant pay data — allowing them to fine-tune pay increase policies and stay current with industry market trends in compensation.
Industry-specific pay increase data is only available for certain countries (depending on industry). Each industry spotlight features data for the six employee categories covered in GCPR, and data are available as a downloadable Excel file.
The following industry add-ons are available:

- Life science, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals
Note: Data on economic trends, incentives, and attracting and retaining employees are not available by industry.

GCPR-PDF
The PDF edition of GCPR is available for download in October so as to coincide with annual salary planning and discussions. The PDF version includes three years (past, present, and upcoming) of salary increase and economic data, information on mandatory increases and short-term incentives, and includes a summary report provided in July. The July summary report includes the latest economic and salary increase data only.
