MetodologĂa
Mercer surveys are designed using the most accurate and up-to-date market data practices. Data is collected from Human Resources professionals in the participating companies and then analyzed to verify their validity and market representativeness according to size, structure, geographical region or a combination of these factors. A minimum number of occupants, organizations and different industries is required to inform each element of data. If the minimums are not met, the market data is suppressed, which guarantees the highest level of confidentiality of the data.
