2.3 million new jobs are projected in the healthcare field by 2026 according to the Bureau of Labor Statics. And yet, with low unemployment rates already, many healthcare providers will likely not have access to enough skilled workers to fill the demand. To help your organization stand out from the crowd now and prepare for the future, you need a robust and competitive compensation strategy that helps you attract and retain the right talent.

The US Clinical Pay Practices Survey will help your organization develop and optimize a robust compensation strategy that goes beyond base pay. Benchmark your talent strategy to 72 organizations across the country for key features including:

  • Retention/Recruiting/Hiring
  • Shift differentials
  • Stand-By, On-Call, Call-In Pay
