and general HR policies and practices specific to the university
sector. A subscription to the survey includes access to a data cut of Mercer's general market corporate services roles.
The University Remuneration Review will assist Australian universities to:
- Benchmark pay and HR practices against other universities.
- Be aware of any premium jobs which may pay above 'market rates'.
- Ensure HR policies are competitive.
- Monitor remuneration trends in the sector and broader general market.
A de-briefing seminar for feedback and networking opportunities is held in August/September each year and will be open only to participating universities.
