Membership Benefits
The Network serves as an invaluable professional resource where members can rely on each other for input and guidance to address their own critical issues as they emerge, at sessions and throughout the year. The sessions offer high-level discussion following the roundtable format with ample sharing of information, experiences and best practices. The group adheres to a strict policy of confidentiality, thereby creating a bond of trust among members and fostering strong camaraderie.
The Forum meets three times per year in the United States on the East and West Coast. Agendas comprise discussions facilitated by members, Mercer subject matter experts and outside speakers, and address key issues related to diversity and inclusion and EEO Affirmative Action Compliance. In addition to the formal discussions, each meeting includes a Mercer hosted group reception allowing members to network in a more relaxed setting.
Members form the nucleus for the group’s activities. All Network activities – sessions, ad hoc surveys and updates are driven by members’ input regarding their most pressing challenges. The member surveys are conducted on an ad hoc basis when in need of immediate input from trusted peers, with a quick turnaround time. Topical webcasts, e-news service, and updates are offered as a means of keeping members current and ahead of impending challenges and future opportunities.
