The Baseline Benefits Analysis (BBA) is a custom, high-level benchmarking report of your benefits package compared to your selected peer industry. The BBA allows you to analyze your benefit plans in the following plan categories.

  • Health/Group: Medical, dental, life insurance, and post-retirement medical plans.
  • Time Loss: Paid leave, and short- and long-term disability plans.

The BBA is organized into five sections.
