A. If you are a registered imercer.com user as well as MSSO user, please use your MSSO credentials to login into imercer.com.

A. If you are a registered imercer.com user but did not had a Mercer Account Center login, please login using your existing imercer.com credentials.

Q3. I am a registered imercer.com user but I am unable to login now.

A. If you are a registered imercer.com but unable to login now, please try to reset your password.

If you are not able to reset your password and the system shows “User account does not exists,” please go to www.imercer.com, hover on “My Accounts” menu at right side corner, click “Register Now.” Please complete the registration process and log into the system.

Q4. How can I update my email address on the website?

A. Please login to www.imercer.com. Go to My Account -> My Profile. Update your email id under Login Information section. Once done, please logout and log back in to the site with your updated email ID.

Q5. How can I update my password on the website?

A. Please login to www.imercer.com. Go to My Account -> My Profile. Update your password under Login Information section. Once done, please logout and log back in to the site with your password.

Q6. I have lost access to my participation files, data validation files, or products under My Downloads. How can I retrieve these files?
