13004 - Training Manager

Develops and implements training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness of store staff in a retail setting. Develops and conducts classroom training sessions for Cashiers, Store Managers, Area Managers, and Region Managers. Coordinates relevant training opportunities so that store staff are trained in appropriate methods of Store/Field Operations and Management. This is not a top corporate position and typically reports to the Top Human Resource Executive.
