This page is designed to provide you with quick access to materials you need to participate in Mercer’s 2026 IHN Healthcare Compensation Survey Suite. You may participate in any of the IHN modules that are appropriate for your organization. This year your data will be collected using Mercer Data Connector, an online platform that streamlines the participation process with easy data importing, real-time data validation, the ability to share participation responsibilities, and to track progress as you go! The participation deadline is March 16, 2026.
Why participate?
Mercer and the AAMC have collaborated for 24 years to conduct an executive salary survey, significantly enhancing the quality of compensation data available to AAMC member academic health systems and teaching hospitals. AAMC member academic health systems and teaching hospitals that participate in IHN Healthcare Executives (Module 4) will receive participant pricing on the IHN modules in which they participate and, if they purchase Module 4, will also receive a complimentary Module 4 data export customized for AAMC participants.
