Once you submit an online order, our team will get to work right away to validate your purchase and grant access to the dataset. For new users, it may take us longer to verify your information and set up your new Mercer WIN account.

When will I receive my data?

Customers with an account It may take up to 48 hours before the data is accessible in Mercer WIN. You will be notified via email when the data is available. New customers without an account It may take up to 72 hours to gain access to this dataset through Mercer WIN. Once your Mercer WIN account is created, your access link will be sent to your email.

How does Mercer ensure anonymity and maintain data integrity?

Mercer conducts surveys for its clients to support pro-competitive benchmarking of employee compensation and benefits. We provide this information to enable clients’ independent decision making in this area. Mercer recognizes that competition laws prohibit collusion in the labour market, and Mercer takes a series of steps in collecting, analyzing, and disseminating this data to prevent its misuse. These steps include a requirement of at least four separate data sources, anonymization of those data sources, aggregation of compensation data, and the use of historic, not forward-looking, compensation figures. Mercer further insists that this survey not be used to facilitate improper exchanges or agreements among competitors.
