Mercer Learning Online was established with one goal in mind – enhancing the capability of our client's human resource employees by providing access to HR architecture that will allow organizations to form and implement a successful framework. It is a comprehensive learning solution that is designed to build HR capabilities: both core and technical.

These 30–45 minutes e-learning modules, developed by Mercer subject matter experts and available in English/Mandarin, provide a platform that is uniquely positioned to offer participants an engaging learning experience. Each module can be completed in its entirety or in small segments and contains toolkits and sample documents. Knowledge audits are available at the end of each session to test understanding and certificates of attendance can be downloaded once all modules and evaluations have been completed. Prices start at USD 300 for a complete track (3 or 4 modules).
