The Mercer Talent Barometer Survey was conducted among HR and talent executives at more than 1,260 organizations around the world. These organizations vary in size from fewer than 1,000 employees to more than 10,000 employees (including government and not-for-profit organizations) and represent a wide variety of industries. A detailed breakout of regional and industry findings is included in the full report, along with the complete global findings.

The survey was conducted as part of Mercer’s ongoing collaboration with The World Economic Forum, and preliminary findings were presented at the Forum’s 2013 Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland.
