01 IDENTIFY
  • Identify key problems and challenges
  • Gather insights from end users to validate pain points
  • Identify existing solutions
 
02 IDEATE
  • Identify key areas for ideation that will give you the biggest impact
  • Develop potential ideas for solutions to address pain points
  • Evaluate and prioritise ideas
 
03 PROTOTYPE AND TEST
  • Develop clickable and/or visual prototypes that can be used to test with end users, buyers, and key stakeholders
  • Iterate and test, develop winning idea

01 Identify the problem and the challenge, for example
  • What megatrends are impacting your business?
  • What are your competitors doing that concerns you?
  • What are your key business challenges and priority areas?

Determine your target end-users
  • Who are your end-users/influencers/key stakeholders? (Buyers may be different to users)
  • Develop personas

Conduct empathy interviews with target end-users
  • What are their jobs-to-be-done?
  • What changes would they like to see?

02 IDEATE
  • Individuals and groups develop ideas (any idea is a good idea!)
  • Combine individual ideas into themes
  • Evaluate and filter ideas using proven Design Thinking tools
  • Flesh out high scoring ideas in more detail using proven methodological frameworks

03 PROTOTYPE AND TEST
  • Design the wireframe for the solution
  • Develop the high level user journey
  • Mock up the solution in PowerPoint or design software (for example, InVision or Figma)

Develop validation and implementation plan
  • Design experiments to test and validate prototypes with target end-users
  • Run testing process
  • Review feedback and iterate idea
  • Develop high level business case and plans for development of successful ideas

A clickable and/or visual prototype that can be tested with end-users and a high level testing plan

  • Deep dive into topics of interest and focus on key challenges

  • Customised learning experience, exploring trends that are shaping the world of work
  • Introduction to research methodology for testing and prototyping

Objective:

  • To expose client participants to a megatrend impacting people and business (e.g. Demographic Transformation & Longevity , HR Tech, Future of Work & Automation)
  • To help leaders develop transformative solutions and solve complex challenges that require multidisciplinary collaboration
Deliverables:
  • In-depth development of prototyping
  • In addition to the workshop, walk away with a clickable and/or visual prototype of your design thinking solution
