Employee Turnover Survey Mexico

Given the complex economic environment we have nowadays in Mexico due to the arrival of Millennials and the Z generation to the labor market, the depreciation of the peso and the increase of informality, it’s believed that employee turnover will grow in the following years.

This is why Mercer Mexico has decided to develop the national rotation survey, so that our clients can see the environment that is experienced in the market today and can react appropriately, applying strategic plans and improve the retention of their company.

The report includes cuts within the survey representing samples of the population that we believe are important for a better understanding of the employees depending on which stage of work or life they are.
