Mercer’s Executive Remuneration Survey is a study that provides market compensation data to a select group of leading companies in the Latin-America region. The objective of this survey is to establish a comprehensive database in the region for high level positions, allowing HR professionals to take informed decisions in the administration of exec remuneration, based on performance and the philosophy of the organization.
The research covers all aspects of remuneration for more than 40 positions in the leadership level of the organization (CEO levels, General Manager, Vice president y Directors).
The survey provides market data including cash compensation, long-term incentives and a qualitative analysis of benefits for five Latin American countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico.
