About Mercer PayMonitor®
Mercer
PayMonitor® helps make market pricing a simpler, easier and
speedier. This online tool provides you with an electronic copy
of the survey report and the ability to generate custom
statistics based on your needs. For each country TRS, you get
the following information through Mercer PayMonitor®:
Survey Overview - A general review of the typical
salary practices and compensation mix, employee turnover,
employment trends, and information on a variety of economic
indicators related to human resource management decisions.
Benefits Summary - Information on benefit
practices and typical provisions (as applicable). This includes
retirement, profit-sharing, longterm incentives and perquisites
such as company cars, memberships, etc.
Actual Market Data - A detailed study of the
market competitiveness of individual positions within job
families. This helps you to determine which positions and
families are paid a premium in the market and which are paid
below overall market levels.
Market Regression - Regression statistics and
graphs by position class and functional area (e.g., finance,
human resources) for each of the major components of total
remuneration.
Company Analysis - (You versus the market) - You
can generate position-based market statistics for each of the
major components of total remuneration as well as individual
elements of each component (e.g., transportation allowance, car
allowance, retirement).
