Getting started

  1. Go to imercer.com.
  2. Select "My Account" (top right corner) and “Sign In” with your user ID and password:
    • If you are a new user, click “Register Now” to provide your email address and a temporary password will be emailed to complete your registration.
    • If you have forgotten your password for imercer, click here.
    • Security is important; therefore, some clients may be asked to “Verify your identity” as part of the multi-factor authentication process.
  3. On your personal “My Account” page, scroll to the "My Mercer Data Connector" section; click the secure link to launch the Mercer Account Center portal.

About Mercer Account Center

Mercer Account Center confirms your identity before granting access to Mercer Data Connector and is a separate login from imercer:

  1. If you have used legacy Mercer applications (e.g., MercerGOLD, ePRISM), “Log In” using your existing email and password to access Mercer Data Connector.
    • If this is your first time using the Mercer Account Center, click “Create Account” and confirm your registration when you receive an email from NoReply@Mercer.com. Once you confirm your registration, access the Mercer Account Center page again and “Log In” to access Mercer Data Connector.

First things first …

We recommend that you:

  1. Click on the Gear icon (top right hand corner) and review your Company List.
  2. Enter the email address of Users who will share responsibility for entering or validating data.
  3. Now Delegate countries/regions, companies, and sections to these users. Once you complete this step, they will automatically receive a “Welcome to Mercer Data Connector” invitation email, granting access to what you’ve chosen.
