Who Should Join
The group brings together the top, senior-most Global Reward (or Compensation and Benefits) leaders in leading global organisations.
Agendas include discussions facilitated primarily by members, Mercer subject-matter experts and outside speakers and will address topics including:
- Focus on trends and initiatives in effective reward systems
- Strategic use of reward resources
- LTI and STI plan design that meet strategic business goals
The sessions are a great opportunity to 'test' new ideas in reward and other HR areas and get first-hand access to policies and practices in other leading global companies.
- Two (2) sessions per year
- Up to two (2) representatives per company can attend the sessions
- Ad-hoc surveys conducted throughout the year when in need of immediate input from trusted peers, typically with a two-week turnaround time
- Webcasts and updates will be offered as a means of keeping members current and in front of impending challenges and issues
The 2018 annual membership fee is $ 7,500.
