Mercer’s Executive and Broad-based Employee Retirement Tool (EBeRT) is a real-time database that contains detailed qualified, nonqualified, and deferred compensation plan information for over 1,100 US companies. Mercer also conducts an annual End of Year Executive Compensation Survey, which covers executive health and welfare benefits and perquisite practices for both publicly traded and privately held companies. Prevalence and benefit levels are included for life insurance, short- and long-term disability, medical, long-term care, and perquisites.
