PURPOSE (formerly known as APHSS) presents an excellent opportunity for Rewards Leaders across the APAC region to connect and share insights/ experiences on developments in the Life Sciences industry achieved through two signature face-to-face Life Sciences Forum meetings annually over a couple of days packed with agenda spanning challenges across various sub-sectors.

These PUPOSE forum comprises of a diverse group industry leaders in Pharma, Biotech, and Medical Devices and other sub-verticals. The forum is designed to bring the best of both worlds in terms of identifying common trends across these vertical, while also deep diving into talent trends specific to Asia Pacific.

Participation in the forum needs approval from the Steering Committee. Mercer would be pleased to present your candidacy to the Steering Committee once you submit the application form.
