Mercer APAC Energy forum is a formal, facilitated network designed for companies operating within or in close proximity to the Exploration & Production, Oilfield Services and Drilling industries in the Asia Pacific region. The purpose of the forum is to facilitate peer interaction and the exchange of ideas and information on latest HR issues & trends emerging within the region. These topics could range from areas on Legislative changes, compensation & benefits to mobility & HR metrics.

The forum conducts 2 face to face meetings (facilitated by Mercer) in a year where member participants engage & interact in depth on 1 – 2 key areas. This allows the members to network and have informal & open panel discussions on HR issues they are facing and sharing ideas on alternate solutions & approaches. This is additionally complemented through presentations by experts and real time case study example.

The forum is governed by a Steering Committee that represent member participants interest and is operates with a formal charter governing the APAC Energy Forum.
