Data Exchange Agreement
The US Mercer SIRS Sales Policies and Practices Survey reports information on sales policies and practices on an organization-wide basis and for key families of benchmarks within the sales organization. The benchmark-specific information includes components used in sales incentive plan designs, pay practices for performance at various quota attainment levels, and policies on eligibility for benefits such as company cars. The organization-wide information includes sales program administration policies, compensation philosophy, and practices for transferring and relocating salespeople.

The survey is built upon a time-tested, logical benchmark and level system that helps clients make more meaningful compensation comparisons regardless of organizational structure. The SIRS system assesses organizational structure against industry norms, evaluating for external competitiveness while highlighting issues of internal equity. Registration is now open for the Mercer SIRS Annual Life Sciences Industry Meeting on September 11-13, 2012 in Chicago, IL at the Westin Michigan Avenue. Register for this meeting by June 15 and pay only $995 - a $205 discount on the attendee cost of $1200. Receive a 10% discount for each additional registrant from same company. Advisory only meeting cost is $600.
