Mercer's Hi-Tech Total Remuneration Database (TRD) survey, released twice per year, is the definitive source of executive and non-executive pay data for hardware, software, telecommunications and IT consulting organisations. Available online, the report is based on a career framework methodology. Invitation to two industry meetings a year is also included.
The report can be purchased for Australia only or for multiple countries across Asia Pacific, including China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Career Framework Methodology
The survey’s career level framework methodology was developed with significant input of Hi-Tech organisations from across the industry. It is designed to follow the typical career path of individuals in the Hi-Tech industry and covers multiple levels of para-professionals, individual professionals, management and executives. In Australia, the survey covers approximately 400 jobs across 23 core job functions and more than 32,000 incumbents. Hi-Tech TRD can be accessed online using Mercer’s web tool Mercer Paymonitor ® and allows participants to customise the survey results to their specific needs.
