The Integrated Health Networks Suite (IHN) is the leading provider of national compensation data. A broad spectrum of healthcare providers rely on IHN for information to support the development and execution of their total compensation strategy at all employee levels. IHN participants include members of the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), the Child Health Corporation of America (CHCA), BlueCross BlueShield Association (BCBS), and the Healthcare Compensation Professionals Organization (HCPO) – comprised of the largest managed care organizations in the country. These groups look to IHN for data analyses exclusive to their members.
