The High-tech and e-Commerce Compensation Survey focuses on positions in the areas of: IT Consulting, IT Outsourcing, IT Business Analysis, Applications/Web Development, Hardware Design and other key high tech related jobs. In addition, the survey includes pay for employees who work in a business-to-consumer and business-to-business environment.

These highly specialized technical jobs are no longer exclusive to the high-tech industry, but increasingly more common and important across many other industries. With over 210 participants across multiple industries, you will be able to review the data in many different ways.

As a participant in the Mercer Benchmark Database, you will receive MarketPulse reports from May through July, prior to the full release of the survey results. These reports provide you with early indicators of market movement in Canada and a glimpse into emerging trends in the data. In addition, participants are invited to an informative webinar (MBDspan) in September that highlights the key trends and analysis from the 2010 Mercer Benchmark Database.
