Key Features of the Reports

The aim of the study is to provide multinational employers with detailed information on current compensation packages, including basic salary, guaranteed cash, typical practice of bonus and incentive, current trends and developments, together with our observations.
  • Use of benchmark methodology - Mercer Universal Position Coding system (MUPCS), job position matching combined with a job grading system. International Position Evaluation for all the North African and Middle East countries. Job family and broad base system used within Sub Saharan African countries

WEC (West, East & Central) Africa Condensed Total Cash Surveys

Key Features of the Reports

The West, East and Central Africa surveys present summary of local practices on compensation, benefits and expatriate policies. They are eight levels grade based surveys, from unskilled to top management employees group.

The survey reports present:
