Mercer's Retail Industry Compensation & Benefits Survey is well established in the marketplace as the premiere source for Canadian Retail compensation data. Mercer's Retail survey keeps Canadian Retailers up-to-date on the latest trends and issues in retail pay in order to ensure they are attaining and retaining key talent.

The survey consists of 100+ key salaried and hourly positions in functions such as head office, distribution centre and store operations. In addition to compensation data, participants will also be able to access information on pay policies and practices as well as benefit information such as wage planning and merit increase budgets, short-term incentive programs, overtime, turnover, shift operations, vacation entitlement and much more.

In addition to the survey, Mercer conducts two meetings during the year. These meetings allow Canadian Retailers to discuss important human capital issues occurring in the retail industry and are great networking events. The Spring Roundtable includes a session on helping clients with survey participation while the Fall Roundtable discusses trends and highlights in the survey results.
