The Policies and Practices Database (PLC) is a rolling database that gives participants year-long, continuous access to comprehensive HR policies and practices. With a constantly growing database, you can be assured that you are getting the most current information on areas such as: short-term disability programs, language and skill premiums, separation/severance pay, vacation policies and entitlement, tuition reimbursement programs, and much, much more.
The survey is conducted online, allowing you the flexibility to complete the questionnaire at a time that makes sense for you. The online participation process allows you to save your work as you go. Returning participants save time because their previous year’s answers are pre-populated, allowing them to quickly and easily update their data year-over-year.
The PLC Database is organized into 6 modules:

- Training and Development
To be considered a participant, complete anywhere from 2 to 6 modules. With a survey order, you will receive access only to those modules for which you submit data.
