Mercer's Hi-Tech Total Remuneration Database (TRD) survey, released twice per year, is the definitive source of executive and non-executive pay data for hardware, software, telecommunications and IT consulting organisations. Available online, the report is based on a career framework methodology. Invitation to two industry meetings a year is also included.
The report can be purchased for New Zealand only or for multiple countries across Asia Pacific, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Career Framework Methodology
The survey’s career framework methodology was developed with significant input of the hardware, software, telecommunications and solution delivery organisations from across the industry. It is designed to reflect current trends in the lines of business, key jobs and has sufficient flexibility in aligning your organisation’s career structure to other survey participants. In Australia, the survey covers 200 jobs across 16 core job functions and more than 35,000 incumbents. Hi-tech TRD can be accessed online using Mercer’s web tool Mercer Paymonitor™ and allows participants to customise the survey results to their specific needs.
