The Actuarial Remuneration Review focuses on the specialised field of the actuary, providing insight into the remuneration policies, practices and levels of those in the actuarial profession.

The HR Policies and Practices section of the Review summarises the general trends and specific human resource policies and practices of the surveyed organisations. It covers a range of topics from remuneration forecasts, changes to employee numbers, and bonus and benefits for actuarial students.

The remuneration results are presented using a position-match methodology. Remuneration is reported for various actuarial positions from Head of Actuarial Services to Junior Staff Actuary.
