"Responsible for directing the accounting functions of a division, region or small organization. Specific areas of responsibility normally include the development and maintenance of planning and budgeting systems; analysis and interpretation of trends for management's attention; and preparation of findings and specific recommendations to senior management. Typically reports to the Controller (Position 210.348.130) or to the Chief Financial Officer (Position 210.000.120)."
