"Participates in the development, installation and administration of compensation programs. Assists in administration of merit rating programs, reviewing changes in wages and salaries for conformance to policy. Assists in the position evaluation process for hourly, salaried, middle and senior management positions. Conducts compensation surveys and participates in compensation surveys conducted by other organizations. Assists in updating the salary structure. Typically reports to the Compensation and/or Benefits Manager (Position 120.224.220). Typically requires two to five years experience."
