1100 - Director Compliance Operations
"Responsible for coordinating with PBM/Specialty Operations, IT, Legal, and other Compliance functions to identify, assess, and implement regulatory or mandated requirements that have an impact on business operations (e.g., PBM, Specialty, Rebates, Clinical). Prioritizes and determines action needed for compliance and rolls out requirements to the Business acting as the single point of contact regarding communications with Legal. Manages relationships with applicable regulators (IE: FDA, DEA, etc). Typically has a Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, MIS or similar field with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience."
