"This is the senior audit position, with responsibility for planning, developing and monitoring procedures and systems used in internal audits throughout the organization. May be responsible for managing the auditing of joint ventures, partnerships and subsidiaries. Directly oversees the Audit Director (Position 210.324.210) and associated staff. Typically reports to the Chief Financial Officer (Position 210.000.120). This is generally a single incumbent position."
