18001 - Top IT Applications Executive
Top position responsible for all of the organization's IT applications systems analysis and programming activities. Provides overall direction and guidance to subordinate managers and project managers. Responsible for creating, promoting, and enforcing information technology applications development methodology. Frequently reports to a Chief Information Officer (CIO). Note: This is generally a single incumbent position. Only one employee, the most senior individual, per organization entity should be reported.
