10150 - Top Facilities/Maintenance Executive
Top position responsible for maintenance programs for all stores, warehouses, and offices including national service contracts, remodeling, capital/equipment planning, routine maintenance processes/schedules, and environmental initiatives. Researches and develops cost effective maintenance and construction programs and procedures. Directs the work of Facilities Project Managers and/or Maintenance Managers. This is typically a single incumbent position and may report to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
