17028 - Service Desk Associate
Provides assistance to customers both in the store and via phone including, but not limited to, price verifications, exchanges and returns, and special orders. Directs customers to appropriate departments/areas of the store. Resolves problems when possible or refers problems to Department Heads or Store Managers when appropriate. Provides assistance to other Store Associates as necessary. May also provide assistance to vendors and maintain vendor visit logs.
