13013 - Organizational Development/Performance Consultant
Functions as an internal consultant. Assesses management and identifies performance gaps. Designs, implements, and executes performance improvement interventions in the areas of leadership development, change management, client satisfaction, team development, and communication. May also be responsible for applicant testing, interviewing, performance appraisals, 360-degree feedback forms, and employee attitude surveys. Individual contributor role without significant supervisory responsibility.
