10130 - Franchising Director
Responsible for providing leadership and assistance to franchise operators in order to achieve short- and long-term financial and operational success that contributes to brand and shareholder value. Counsels and advises operators on the development and implementation of business plans that market and build their business, and execution of corporate policies and programs on product quality and safety, customer service, and store cleanliness/maintenance. Ensures business operations and practices are in compliance with franchise agreements and company standards. Works closely with the Legal department to help mitigate potential legal risks and stays current with the legal aspects of franchise contracts.
