10125 - Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

Processes customer orders. Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries. Handles customer complaints, returns and special requests via phone, paper, e-mail, and internet. Typically reports to the Customer Service Supervisor (Call Center).
