Mercer acquires ORC Worldwide, creating an unparalleled provider of human resource information

We are pleased to inform you that on 30 July 2010, Mercer finalized our purchase of ORC Worldwide.

This combination further enhances Mercer's market position as the provider of choice for solutions around global workforce management. ORC Worldwide's solid reputation and capabilities complement those of Mercer and together we have strong positions in the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Mobility: Mercer is the global market leader in mobility services, providing a full and broad array of services from data to information to consulting.
Industry compensation and benefits information: Building on Mercer’s strong market presence, ORC Worldwide enhances Mercer’s portfolio in industry-focused compensation and benefits information by providing more in-depth information and analytics around key industry groups, including high-tech, consumer products, life sciences and aerospace, just to name a few.
