European Expatriate Policy Forum

THE EUROPEAN EXPATRIATE POLICY FORUM (EEPF) was established more than 20 years ago to provide a confidential and informal environment in which major international companies with significant European operations can share best practices, exchange ideas and discuss topical issues.

Members of the Forum meet twice a year in major European cities to compare and review worldwide policies and practices, as well as trends and developments in the broad field of expatriate management.

SPRING EEPF MEETING

The 2012 spring EEPF meeting will take place in April in Berlin at the same location as the Mercer EMEA Expatriate Management Conference. The EEPF meeting will start at mid day on 18th April and end at mid day on 19th April. The EMEA Expatriate Management Conference commences at mid day on 19th April.

Members of EEPF will receive a discounted rate to attend the EMEA Expatriate Management Conference.

AUTUMN EEPF MEETING

The 2012 autumn EEPF meeting will take place in November in the same location as the Select Benchmarking Group (SBG) Meeting. The EEPF meeting will start in the evening and end at 4pm the following day.

Membership in the SBG is on an invitation-only basis. All EEPF members who become members of the SBG benefit from a 10% discount.

OTHER BENEFITS

Members represent a range of industries across Europe. Occasional, member-driven surveys on various topics provide practical benchmarks for each practitioner's own work, as do exchanges of information during informal roundtable discussions and informal exchanges of member companies' literature and written plans and policies. A website exclusively for members helps keep the group informed and in close contact between meetings.

WHO SHOULD JOIN?

Mobility human resource managers at major companies with operations in two or more European countries.
