Asia International Mobility Roundtable
As political, economic, and social environments become ever
more subject to sudden change, multinational companies (MNCs)
need to broaden their knowledge and experience in the sphere of
international assignments and employee mobility, which is
highly sensitive to such developments.
The Asia International Mobility Roundtable meets that need for
professionals responsible for employee mobility programs in
MNCs with significant Asian operations. The group provides a
confidential environment in which professionals can compare and
review policies, practices, trends, and developments in the
broad field of international mobility management—and exchange
information on particular practices in specific locations.
Meeting twice per year in various Asian locations, roundtable
members hear from experts, apply their own knowledge and
experience to discussions of member concerns, and establish
helpful connections with other members. Topics of interest
range from company policies and practices pertaining to
remuneration and benefits for their internationally mobile
staff, general terms and conditions and contractual issues, to
presentations and reports on legislative and other changes in
specific countries that immediately affect employee mobility
management.
Who Should Join?
If you have major headquarters or regional responsibility for
the management of international employee mobility at a
multinational company with significant Asian operations,
consider joining the Asia International Mobility Roundtable.
